Our Story
Elate Recruitment was originally established in 2006 as TTP Recruitment Ltd, later rebranded to Elate Recruitment Limited. The company was founded by Mary-Eileen McDowell, who continues to serve as Director.
At its inception, TTP Recruitment focused on supporting individuals in achieving NVQ Diplomas through work-based training, with the goal of helping them secure full-time employment. Over the years, Mary-Eileen has guided thousands of people toward reaching their career objectives, building lasting relationships with a wide range of companies—many of which continue to collaborate with us today.
As the landscape shifted due to the impact of COVID-19 and changes in government funding, Elate Recruitment adapted its approach. Today, our primary focus is on supporting remote workers, while still providing opportunities for on-site roles where appropriate.
